Instaspace Modular was proud to partner with Lannleire GFC to deliver a versatile, cost-effective gym and recovery facility that not only supports athletic development but also provides long-term social value for the community. This 90m² building, completed in just 2 weeks, is a key resource for the club and the wider community, promoting health and well-being while contributing to the club’s sustainability goals.

• Cost-Effective Modular Solution: To keep within the club’s budget, we implemented ex-rental modular buildings, delivering a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality or functionality.
• Comprehensive Layout: This 90m² building includes a full gym and recovery room, giving Lannleire GFC the facilities they need to support their athletes in strength training and post-exercise recovery.

Social Value:

• Community Health and Well-being: This facility provides a much-needed space for Lannleire GFC’s players to train, recover, and focus on their fitness. It also opens the door for potential community engagement, promoting health and wellness across the community.

Instaspace prioritized working with local teams for delivery and on-site installation, ensuring the project contributed to the local workforce.

Challenges and Solutions:

• Fast-Track Delivery: One of the key requirements was delivering the building in an incredibly short timeframe. By using pre-fabricated, ex-rental modules, we were able to meet the two-week deadline while ensuring the structure was fully operational as soon as it was installed.
•  : Installation was carefully coordinated to minimize any disruption to the club’s activities. The modules were pre-assembled off-site, allowing for rapid on-site setup and installation, ensuring the facility was ready for use as quickly as possible.

Although the project utilized ex-rental buildings, Instaspace ensured the facility was functional, aesthetically pleasing, and fit-for-purpose. The modules were customized to meet the specific needs of Lannleire GFC’s athletes, offering a durable and practical space for training and recovery.
